Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 4206) on the following at

     "An Act relating to the terms and duties of the members of the                                 
     State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers and Land

     "An Act relating to the terms and duties of the members of the

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHB 252(STA), thus adopting SCS CSHB 252(JUD),                                        
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                          
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                          
amendment to CSHB 252(STA)?"  The roll was taken with the
